Collecting Information from You
We are committed to protecting your privacy at Towel Emporium. We do not sell, share, or rent your any of your information to others in any way.

When you place an order, submit an inquiry or subscribe to our newsletter, we ask you to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, shipping/billing address, telephone number, email address, credit card information, etc. We use this information to fulfill your order, inquiry or requests and to help you check the status of your order or past orders only.

If you choose not to provide the information we request, you may be unable to purchase from us or get answers to your inquiry. In addition, we may need to contact you via phone, email or mail to address questions or issues specific to your order, entry, etc., even if you have opted to not receive communications from us.

In general, you can visit many of our web pages without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself. We may track the Internet domain address from which people visit us and analyze this data for trends and statistics, but individual users will remain anonymous.

Using Information You Provide We use the information you provide for internal purposes, such as processing, confirming, shipping and tracking your order, giving you access to your purchase history, analyzing trends and statistics, informing you of our new products, services and offers, and providing you with information from and about Towel Emporium.

Once your order is processed all credit card information are deleted from our ordering system.
