Return Policy:

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your towels must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
   • You may wash up to 2 pieces from 1 pack to test and evaluate quality.
2. Return period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
3. Process:
   • Contact our customer service team at 1.800.686.9357 or email customercare@towelemporium.com to initiate the return process.
   • Once the process is initiated, we will provide you with the return address and any further instructions.
4. Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the towels.
5. Refunds: Upon receipt of the returned towels, we will inspect them to ensure they meet eligibility criteria.
   • Once the inspection is complete, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment

• This policy only applies to regularly stocked items.
• Items returned without authorization or that do not meet our return criteria will not be eligible for a refund.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
